Transformers

Basic product group in profile of SIZEI. Transformers due to their design and type of the core are divided into:

• laminated core, the types dimensional shapes EI, UI, LL

• strip wound cut core,

• toroidal cores,

• ferrite cores in the form of ferrite shapes of different sizes and appearance.

Each of these groups has its own characteristics, most often expressed by the efficiency of energy conversion, extension induction, mutual arrangement of the core-coil. Common is the presence of primary and secondary windings and related gears and assigned electric power to the transformer.

The basic structures of transformers

• transformers with laminated cores "EI" from 2 up to 1000 VA in rating,

• transformers with ferrite cores,

• transformers with strip wound cut cores from 5 up to 300 VA in rating,

• toroidal transformers with cores of up to 3000 VA,

• transformers in housing, flooded, from 2 up to 20 VA in rating,

• transformers with cores of shaped permalloy

• welding transformers laminated cores LL75, LL90 winding without corps
